SOTER will take a holistic research approach, combining technological development with human factor-based cybersecurity training. A biometric based authentication and identification digital on-boarding platform will be developed in conjunction with a suite of training materials, designed to enhance information security, data privacy, and cybersecurity practice within the critical finance services sector.
The consortium includes a mix of experienced research partners, each bringing specific knowledge and skills to the project. Technological, sociological, and product development expertise has been brought together to ensure research goals are met while addressing the business focused requirements of the project. SOTER merges business and academic competencies from a range of research partners, including large companies (2), SMEs (4), Universities (1), potential users (1), and public institutions (1). The consortium partners are drawn from four European member states (Spain, Austria, Ireland, and the UK).
